What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard or if you already have a paypal account, you can make a payment directly from your account. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to purchase from our site. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal's secure website.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy from your site?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase products on our site. You can input your billing details onto PayPal's secure website to complete your purchase.
How secure is my online order?
All payments are handled by either Paypal or Stripe, depending on which payment method you choose. Both offer some of the most stringent security in the industry. Find out more about security at Stripe and Paypal.
Can I pay for my purchase over the phone instead?
Yes. We can send you an invoice to pay through internet banking. Simply contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be more than happy to help you with your order.
How quickly will I receive my item?
Delivery will normally be between 2 – 5 working days. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, and will keep you updated with the status of your delivery should there be a delay. All larger parcels are sent by courier and smaller items are sent by Royal Mail
What is your returns policy?
As most of our products are bespoke, we don't have a 'one size fits all' returns policy. However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us on email@example.com and we'll certainly try to help resolve any issues.
